Two reasons to pay, and several reasons not to

An upgrade earns its money when it removes a limit you are actually hitting. Everything else is decoration you will stop noticing in a fortnight.

Premium AI dating here buys two concrete things: sessions that do not stop when a long conversation is going well, and the richer media a thread can carry. If your evenings run to two or three hours in one thread, the first of those is the whole purchase, and the difference is felt immediately rather than described in a feature list. How to know whether you should pay at all

Use the free tier for two weeks and notice one thing only: whether a conversation ever ends because of a limit rather than because you put the phone down. If it never happens, the upgrade has nothing to sell you and you can stop reading. If it happens twice in a fortnight, it will keep happening.

If you do upgrade, do it in the middle of a thread you are already enjoying rather than on day one. The paid tier is a ceiling remover, not a starter pack, and buying it before you have found a conversation worth extending is how people end up cancelling in month two.

Can I cancel without emailing support?

Yes. Cancellation is in the app, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not delete your threads. Anything you wrote on the paid tier remains readable afterwards.

Will the price be shown before I enter a card?

Does paying change how the characters behave towards me?
